Planning a stay
with a group?
Room blocks are a simple and stress free way to keep everyone together while securing the best available rate. There’s no financial obligation upfront. Rooms are held for your guests, allowing them to book individually at a locked-in rate. Since our pricing adjusts based on occupancy, this ensures your group receives consistent pricing even as availability changes.
You’ll receive a custom booking link to share with your guests so they can reserve their own rooms with ease, or you may choose to cover accommodations on their behalf. Any unreserved rooms are released back to the public 60 days prior to your arrival date.
For events hosted on site that extend past 9pm, we do require that all (15) rooms in The Main Inn be reserved. This allows your group to fully enjoy the space without interruption.
