Terms & Conditions

  1. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance paid at check-in.
  2. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms, there is a designated smoking area outside.
  4. We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms, please indicate at time of booking - $30 per pet per night will be added. (Max 2 dogs per room).
    Pets are not permitted to be left in the room alone.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. A fee will be charged for any damage to the room or items that are missing, which will be assessed immediate upon checkout.
  7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.

Cancellation Policies

  • A cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to check in for a full deposit refund.
  • A credit card fee may be withheld from the refund.
  • Date changes must be made at least 2 days in advance.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the following two nights will not be refundable.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
