Terms & Conditions

  1. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance paid at check-in.
  2. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms, there is a designated smoking area outside.
  4. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  5. A fee will be charged for any damage to the room or items that are missing, which will be assessed immediately upon checkout.
  6. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.

Cancellation Policies

  • A cancellation notice must be received 72 hours prior to check-in for a refund (does not apply to non-refundable reservations).
  • Refunds for the deposit will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
  • Date changes must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to depart early, the remaining nights will be non-refundable.
  • If the guest does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
